Located in the centre of the Conca de Barberà and in the middle of The Cistercian Route, it is considered to be the wine and artisan heart of Catalonia. This title is corroborated by the thousands of hectares of vineyards, Pere Domènech i Roura’s modernist winery and the alabaster. It is also the starting point for many excursions on foot and by MTB. The municipality is made up of Sarral, Montbrió de la Marca and Vallverd.
