A medieval village that is perfectly blocked in by a defence wall that has two entrance gates.The urban structure is an example of a circular model, following the contours, with the castle at the highest point. In 2011 the historic centre of Conesa was declared a Site of National Cultural Interest by the Catalan Government. Among the festive events, we would highlight the Vell (Old) market.
