Located in the south-west of the Conca de Barberà and at the foot of the Prades Mountains and Poblet Nature Park, the municipality is known for the Monastery of Poblet, an architectonic ensemble that is closely linked to the history of Catalonia and declared World Heritage by the UNESCO. The fields of vines, glass, nature and heritage are the municipality’s main attractions with two centres: Vimbodí-Poblet. It is the starting point for many excursions. Many festivals are celebrated throughout the year but we would highlight organ concerts and VITRUM, the artisan glass festival, among others.
