Enjoy the peace and tranquility offered by the monastery of Poblet and visit the main church, the main cloister, the refectory, the kitchen, the library, the chapter house, the cellar, the sacristy and the royal palace, among other facilities at your own pace.
The monastery of Poblet is one of the three great Catalan monasteries of the Cistercian, together with that of Santes Creus (Alt Camp) and that of Vallbona de les Monges (Urgell). The three form La Ruta del Cister, a tourist brand created in 1989 around the historic Cistercian itinerary. Some thirty monks currently live in Poblet.
