Cal Biel are artist blacksmiths from l’Espluga de Francolí from 1903.

Making handmade contemporary designed ironwork full of beauty, creativity and symbolism, which imprint a personality of its own, characteristic of his work.

In the monastery of Poblet we find a sample of his works: altar crosses, crucifixes, lamps and chandeliers of all kinds and sizes. They also make sculptures of heads and faces of demons, dragons and other legendary beasts.
