The cheese made in the Conca de Barberà is produced in a small village located north of the region, in the middle of the Corb valley and which gives its name to the cheese, the Albió.

Formatges Sant Gil d’Albió (cheese factory) is the only artisan cheese company in the region. Over the years it has received various awards for the quality of its products. It is part of the LLET DE CABRAS CATALANES label, a group of farmers and cheese makers that defends the consumption of products made from local milk, quality and with a fair price.
