All de Belltall (garlic) is a typical product of the village of Belltall, but is also grown in Passanant, Forés and in small quantities in the surrounding villages.

It is the main crop in the area and is sold in braids. There is an annual festival and market celebrating this garlic held in August.

All de Belltall has been grown for over 200 years and seeds have been saved year after year for many generations. This has preserved the quality of this mountain-grown garlic, where the particular climate and soil give it a unique taste and aroma.
