Romesco Colomí is a typical dish of Santa Coloma de Queralt and every year the Popular Romescada of Santa Coloma de Queralt is celebrated.

The main base is cooked cod and a chop with almonds, hazelnuts, chili, carquiñoli, nutmeg, garlic…, which, in fact, gives it its particular taste.
