Semi-guided tour with live distillation and tasting
The Balanyà Distillery is an old distillery of brandy that has its origins in the 1830s and remains in Catalonia. The grape breeze was distilled to obtain brandy. In the museum space the visitor can see the processes to obtain alcohol and derivatives, a live distillation and enjoy a small tasting.
Fassina Balanyà is part of the Territorial System of the National Museum of Science and Technology of Catalonia (STmNACTEC).
The visit to the Fassina Balanyà begins with an audiovisual presentation, the visit to the museum and the old factory and ends with a live distillation and tasting of spirits.
