Pira is located in the central part of the Conca de Barberà, just 5 minutes from Montblanc, above a peninsula-shaped risen massif, surrounded by the rushing waters of the Torrentill and the natural gorge of the River Anguera, a tributary of the River Francolí. From here we can make excursions and take routes through one of the least known landscapes, like the Pedreres Route and the gypsum kilns, and the sheer cliff routes along the River Anguera, among others.
